The Federation was founded with a specific goal: the official recognition of the profession of groomer and the definition of clear professional standards for the entire profession. Today, the FNT is organized in a more structured and efficient manner, also in response to regulatory and fiscal changes, with the concrete goal of optimizing resources and ensuring members have effective and targeted access to activities. The region is divided into three macro-regions—North, Center, and South—to ensure management that is more in tune with local needs and a more balanced distribution of events. Being part of the FNT means becoming part of an organized professional system, where interaction with other groomers takes place in a concrete manner, both at the local and national levels.
The Federation actively promotes the continuous development of its members through events, technical meetings, and opportunities to engage with industry professionals.
At the same time, the Federation continues its institutional commitment to the recognition of the profession through the bill presented to Parliament, which aims to regulate the profession by defining its skills, requirements, and protections.
