1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing.
The personal data processed are those provided by you when completing the membership card application or renewal form. This data will be processed for the following purposes:

• To allow the issuance of the FNT card.
• To allow us to keep you updated on FNT's activities and promotions, by sending you commercial and direct marketing communications and information on FNT's or its partners' services and offers, discounts, and any other promotional and loyalty initiatives adopted by FNT. We also allow us to send newsletters, both through traditional and fully automated contact systems.

The legal basis for processing is your express consent and the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject. Your personal data may be processed both electronically and on paper.

2. Retention Period.
The Data Controller intends to retain personal data for a period of time no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.

• Direct Marketing: Deletion or anonymization within 24 months of registration.
• Profiled Marketing: Deletion or anonymization within 12 months of registration.

For other personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to comply with the principles of adequacy, relevance, and data minimization, periodically verifying the need for their retention.

3. Categories of recipients.
The processed data will not be disclosed to third parties. However, the following may become aware of the data:

• Parties who may access the data pursuant to legal provisions;
• Data controllers belonging to the FNT group;
• Data processors (e.g., banks, insurance companies, law firms, consultants, etc.);
• Authorized FNT personnel: Secretariat, National and Regional Bodies, Legal and Administrative Department.

4. Transfer to Third Countries.
Your personal data may be transferred outside the EU, including the USA, only to parties compliant with the GDPR (Adequacy Decision or Privacy Shield). For further information, please consult the European Commission website

5. Automated decision-making processes.
The Data Controller uses automated processes, including profiling, only with the data subject's consent. The data may be used to personalize commercial communications based on the data subject's preferences. Appropriate measures are taken to protect rights and freedoms during these processes.

Provision is optional, but failure to authorize processing:

• Prevents the issuance of the FNT card;
• Limits access to promotional benefits, newsletters, and informational communications from FNT.

7. Rights of the Data Subject.
You have the right to:

• Access your data (Article 15),
• Request rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), or restriction of processing (Article 18),
• Receive it in a structured format (Article 20),
• Object to processing (Article 21),
• Not be subject to automated decisions (Article 22).
